Kirsten Ulve is a New York City illustrator and designer. Her work, which blends crisp graphic design with a distinctive fashion feel, has graced the covers of magazines, books, newspapers, appeared in international ad campaigns, on the sides of buses, marquees on Broadway, children's clothing, animated tv commercials, watches, and in the form of toy figurines around the globe. She is equal parts fashion illustrator, caricaturist, and graphic designer. Her illustrations have been recognized by the American Illustration Annual, and the 3 x 3 International Illustration Annual, and she has been featured in Taschen's book series “100 Illustrators” about the 100 most important illustrators in the world. Kirsten has exhibited prints of her work in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Tokyo, and she currently lives in Manhattan with her husband and two black cats, Romulus and Remus.
